Preparation and application of one component adhesive


One component adhesive: one component polyurethane adhesive for the people familiar. A liquid polyfunctional isocyanate precondensate used to bond wet wood, with a content of 2% to 15% (wt%) of isocyanate group (NCO). This additive can be added to the amount of polyurethane pre condensates, such as coloring agent, solvent, water and foam control agent, especially to improve the processing performance by adding fillers, such as viscosity, improve with thixotropy, prevent glue into the wood and increase the viscosity in the pre press process and so on. The filler can choose colloidal silica and silica gel powder, and wood powder is used in this paper. Although the amount of this filler is 15% to 25% (wt%), the adhesive is still liquid and easy to drip. Though the state is slightly better than that without adding this filler, the effect is not satisfactory. Because it is a paste and has a certain consistency, it can be easily coated on a relatively large surface. At the same time, the polyurethane adhesive also has outstanding water resistance (according to the standard DIN EN 204, the result is more than 4 N/) and the heat resistance (according to the standard wArrr9l results also meet the requirements of 7 N/ram). Therefore, it can be applied to the outer surface of the outdoor building (such as doors, windows, etc.). In addition, the adhesive can be used as a structural adhesive and a combination adhesive. Its advantage is that it can be used for high stress bonding after crosslinking. It has high initial viscosity and creep resistance and can be used for assembly assembly of parts. At the same time, this kind of adhesive is also widely used for the bonding of various objects, such as wood and other wood materials. Of course, but also with metal (such as aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, steel, plastic) such as glass reinforced plastics (GFP), PVC, polystyrene, melamine or mineral material (such as gypsum, ceramics, marble, concrete, etc.) together.
